PLACING YOUR ORDER

Only orders placed through The Fat Kiwi website will be accepted. Orders sent through any other method (e.g. phone or email) will not be accepted or processed. 

 
PAYMENT & DELIVERY

 

Orders will take a minimum of 2-3 working days to process, thereafter an email will be sent to you to confirm the delivery time slot.

For the moment, only local deliveries around Singapore will be accepted.  

For Deliveries:

Only PAYNOW, BANK TRANSFER and CREDIT CARD are accepted. Payment must be made at least 24 hours before the allocated delivery time slot in order to confirm the order.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
 

Any discrepancies must be communicated within 24 hours of collection or delivery. 

Returns and refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and will not be entertained if there is no photo evidence or product return.
 

WHY IS THE DELIVERY TIME SLOT RANGE SO LARGE?
The Fat Kiwi uses our own temperature controlled truck to deliver your products to you. As of now, we are reliant on our sole delivery driver to get the orders to you as soon as possible. With the uncertainty regarding traffic, the number of, and location for deliveries for that date, we are unable to guarantee delivery within a shorter time slot.

If you truly need your order to be delivered within a certain time range, do send us a request at sales@thefatkiwi.com and we will try our best to sort something out for you. 
MY PRODUCT WEIGHS LESS THAN WHAT I WAS CHARGED
Discrepancies in weight are normally caused by water/liquid loss, which is a very common occurrence and cannot be prevented. If you feel that the discrepancy is too large, do drop us an email at sales@thefatkiwi.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible. 
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER PAYMENT?
 
No changes are allowed after payment has been made. Exceptions are granted on a case-by-case basis, subjected to the management's discretion.
